1. Vaccinations. HPC Session strongly encourages everyone entering the church building to get all the appropriate and most up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations.
2. Masks.
2.1 For those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, masks are optional while in the church building, except in the Hamburg Nursery School area of the building, where those visiting and even passing through the Nursery School must wear a mask while the Nursery School is in session.
2.2 For those who are not fully vaccinated, masks are mandatory at all times in all areas of the church building.
3. Other restrictions. HPC’s previous “moderated building use” document has been rescinded, and no other restrictions than those in this document are in effect.
4. Church activities (church services, church committee meetings, music rehearsals, community organization meetings, etc). Guidelines will be determined by the organization in charge of those activities. For example:
● The worship and music committee of HPC Session, in coordination with HPC Deacons, will determine how communion will be handled.
● The church life committee of HPC Session will determine when and how “fellowship hour” of coffee and snacks will be handled.
